Being the third-generation leader in this legacy business, Priyanka is responsible for cultivating and strengthening GKB's brand identity and ensuring that it resonates with target audiences. Her vision is for the optical industry to transform from a purely need based industry to an important component of style and self-expression.

Alisha Gupta, Creative Director of GKB Opticals, plays a key role in shaping the brand's visual identity across offline and online platforms. From concept to execution, she leads innovative visual merchandising strategies, experiential events, and engaging digital campaigns tailored to resonate with the next-generation’s customers.

In addition to enhancing the brand's presence on social media and its website, Alisha is a part of the ideation and design process for GKB’s stores, to deliver a premium retail experience, strengthening the brand’s identity and connection with audiences by ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand’s story, elevating its appeal and relevance in a dynamic market.

Sumit Dutta brings 30 years of distinguished retail expertise to GKB Opticals as Chief Operating Officer. A post-graduate in Business Administration, he has spearheaded operations at global brands like Nike and Reebok. Under his leadership, GKB has elevated customer service standards, expanded into audiometry, and strengthened its international eyewear portfolio.

Mr. Dutta’s major contribution has been streamlining operational efficiency through technology integration. His data-driven decision-making processes to optimize inventory management and store performance metrics has been monumental in GKB’s growth.

Siddheswar Pani is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)-designate of the GKB Lens Pvt Ltd (GKBL), operating in the name of GKB Opticals, he is responsible for the company’s overall Finance and Accounts function. Highly accomplished CFO with 22+ years of experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, and risk management. Proven track record of driving business growth, improving profitability, and leading cross-functional teams.

Proficient in core functional areas of finance, budgeting, taxation, audit & legal. Strong leadership, business acumen and decision-making skills. Actively involved in Business development and financial decision making of the company. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

Mr. Ajay Mishra is the Vice President – Sales & Operations for GKB Opticals. He has completed his Bachelor’s in Clinical Optometry from Bharti Vidyapeeth Medical College Pune and PG Diploma in Retail management from IMT Ghaziabad.

A seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience, Mr Mishra has a strong foundation in clinical optometry and retail management. He brings a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to GKB Opticals. His unwavering focus on operational efficiency and his ability to make strategic decisions have been pivotal in the company's sustained success. He is committed to fostering a strong and collaborative team culture, inspiring his colleagues to achieve their full potential.
